Description

1. Accountability for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of the legal entities in China, ensure business operations decisions are in compliance with the Group Accounting Manual, the Group Controlling Manual, company policies and practices
2. Provide support to the business in its budget monitoring, target achievements, business development.
3. Provide guidance and direction to Production Site Management team for improving operational and financial performance.
4. Monitor and challenge production competitiveness and sales unit performance
5. Propose initiatives to improve financial performance of the production and of the commercial unit
6. Propose adjustments to streamline, industrialize, digitalize, harmonize processes and optimize the finance organization in China
7. Make sound investment decisions to increase a company's portfolio, analyze trends to reduce financial risks associated with making investment or spending decisions.
8. Support the effective deployment of project internal control policies, processes and systems ensuring that the project process remains compliant from the beginning of study phase until the final closeup.
9. Establish a completed cost break down structure for CAPEX project for proper budget control and actual investment monitoring with reception and commitment analysis vs. target.
10. Build and provide a reliable & consistent project cost monitoring report
11. Accountable to the project funding base on the project cash flow forecast, seek out favorable options for capital injection or intercompany loan to meet project cash needs.
12. Provide strong support and project management to local business in coordination with global teams to ensure consistent or compatible approach across the Group
13. Coach and develop the team-members
14. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Profile

1. Education background and working experience 教育背景与工作经历：
A. Bachelor degree and major in Accounting or Finance related
B. Over 15 years working experience, covering commercial and manufacturing
C. Experience in Finance transformation and Share Service Center set-up
D. Strong Management skills, with capacity to interact with senior management in both local and global.

2. Working Skill/工作技能：
A. Deep expertise in Accounting (statutory and consolidated), Auditing
B. Strong communication and presentation skills
C. Good English spoken and written
D. Comprehensive knowledge of SAP system
E. Strategic Thinking
