岗位职责：
1.制定信息化规划：根据公司战略，协同制定公司信息化数字化规划建设，推动公司数字化转型，实现业务目标.
2.信息化系统发展：制定集团公司信息系统发展计划和预算方案.领导技术团队并组织实施年度工作计划，完成年度任务目标及信息化项目的调研.考察.引进及落地评审.
3.新信息项目管理：主导重大项目的立项与实施，包括IT项目的可研到升级等管理工作，对信息化建设过程中所有项目的技术调研.评审.谈判及软件公司技术接口工作.
4.信息安全管理监督：负责公司的整体信息安全，编制和完善公司数据标准及信息保密制度，制定信息系统安全及容灾策略，确保公司各系统安全.高效.稳定运行.
5.部门管理与团队建设：负责信息中心的日常工作和部门建设,合理分配任务及人员分工，对直接下属进行工作指导及考核评价，有效沟通业务和职能部门，提供IT技术服务支持.
任职要求：
1.计算机或通信等相关专业本科及以上学历，10年以上线下门店零售行业IT工作经验，至少3年同岗位经验.
2.具备大型公司CIO职位三年以上工作经验，独立组织实施过大型企业IT项目，熟悉大型企业内部信息系统的架构.运作和管理，具备大型企业IT部门管理或项目管理经验.
3. 熟知现代企业管理知识，了解战略制定.运作管理.熟悉计算机软件及硬件系统的设计.开发.可行性研究及软件开发.测试.评估.操作管理.熟悉商业流程分析与设计.
4.具有较强的信息规划能力，能对高级管理层提出合理化建议，能够结合市场发展动态从客观和业务的角度来进行技术实现，对公司技术发展提供决策性的建议.
5.熟悉乐檬系统.ERP系统.WMS系统以及业财一体化.
