Description

1. Reimbursement: focusing on NRDL, HE, HTA, (value assessment, pricing) negotiation process optimization and commercial health care insurance, etc. The objective of reimbursement work stream is to build and ensure the multi-layer security system (MMS), and shape the outcome of multilateral value assessment so as to increase the patient accessibility & affordability to innovative drugs.

2. Procurement: focusing on developing rational procurement policy and execution plan with relative policy makers and KOLs to ensure patient safety and real benefit to chemical drugs as well as biologic and bio-similar.

3. Public Health& Rare Diseases: aiming to help relative government departments to improve the overall capacity of disease prevention and control. Support China government in the continuous development of rare diseases drug access mechanism.

* Develop MA comprehensive project objectives and proposals based on MA advocacy priorities and strategy.根据市场准入部门倡导的优先事项和策略，制定部门综合项目目标和方案。

* Communicate with related WG members and key stakeholders (KOLs and government officials) to support project development.与相关工作组成员和主要利益相关者(专家和政府官员)沟通，以支持项目发展。

* Conduct data analysis to identify unmet needs of MA advocacy and generate insight for healthcare policy shaping.进行数据分析，以确定市场准入倡导工作的需求，并为医疗保健政策制定提供见解。

* Identify and monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies.识别和监测项目风险并制定缓解策略。

* Review and support development of final project documents and project materials to ensure the deliverables with high quality.审核并支持项目最终文件和项目资料的开发，以确保高质量的交付成果。

* Conduct in-house analysis of comprehensive pricing & market access policies under the guidance of MA head.在市场准入部门负责人的指导下，对综合定价和市场准入政策进行分析。

* Develop the content (procurement & pricing, NRDL landing etc.) for events, review, and polish MA policy shaping documents in Chinese and English.撰写内容(采购与定价，NRDL落地等)，并对中英文版本的政策文件进行审核和润色。

* Develop stakeholder list and support communication with related stakeholders on independent and joint activities with MA team. 制定利益相关者清单，独立或者与部门同事合作与利益相关者进行沟通。

* Develop and draft communication plans for position papers and recommendation letters tailoring to key stakeholders. 制定并起草为关键利益相关者量身定制的立场文件和推荐信并沟通。

* Preparing annual report of MA WG programs, projects, and activities. Support MA communication with PhRMA/EFPIA/IFPIA on information sharing and joint activities, such as JSS and IPIF. 准备市场准入部门工作组计划、项目和活动的年度报告。支持部门与PhRMA/EFPIA/IFPIA就信息共享和联合活动(如JSS和IPIF)进行沟通。

Profile

* Master's degree required, oversea study background on healthcare economic or pharmaceutical field is preferred (e.g. pricing, reimbursement, hospital bidding, national essential medicine policy). 硕士以上学历，海外医疗经济或医药领域学习背景优先(如定价、支付、医院招标、国家基本药物政策等)

* At least 5 years of industry experiences and 1 years of project management.5年以上行业经验，1年以上项目管理经验。
* Solid research and analytical work experience in government and industry policy analysis. 扎实的政府和行业政策分析研究和分析工作经验。

* Strategic planning or communication experience preferred. 有战略规划或沟通经验者优先。

* MNC or international agency's work experience preferred. 有跨国公司或国际机构工作经验者优先。

* Strong office computer skills and familiar with major office software. 熟练的办公电脑操作，熟悉主要办公软件。

* Experiences in developing and organizing large-scale conference or events. 有开发和组织大型会议或活动的经验

* Knowledge of China's healthcare ecosystem and macro-environment 了解中国医疗保健生态系统和宏观环境
