工作内容

* Provide legal guidance to business partners on all aspects related to the Division, particularly focusing on Process Automation, including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, claims management, and labor law.
* Lead and manage projects, transactions, and evaluations of innovative business models, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive solutions approach.
* Develop and offer expertise in areas critical to the division, such as product & project sales, software licensing, IP protection, antitrust compliance, and cybersecurity.
* Collaborate closely with global and local teams to address corporate legal matters, including compliance, governance, and data protection.

理想的求职者

* Graduate of well-known law school with PRC Bar admission. Overseas education from a reputable European or American law school is an advantage.
* Minimum 8 years of PQE, preferably combining experience from reputable law firms and multinational corporations.
* In-depth knowledge of general commercial/corporate law, familiarity with relevant Chinese laws and regulations. Experience in IPR is preferred.
* Strong negotiation, interpersonal skills, and a keen business acumen.
* Fluent in English, with excellent drafting and communication abilities.
