大中型企业采购经验
岗位职责：
1.负责采购工作的制度建设、流程与体系建设；
2.根据项目设备需求计划，制定相应的采购计划、备货计划，组织实施并监督执行；
3.负责供应商谈判，采购成本的竞争性分析，行业成本研究分析，并完善成本降低及控制方案；
4.负责提交月度、季度采购工作报告；
5.根据供应链管理规划负责供应商开发与管理；
6.负责供应商合同等文件的签署，包括合同法律条款、价格、账期等谈判；
7.负责监控合同的执行及交付验收，并能处理异常问题
8.负责与供应商进行对账，账务管理以及付款事宜的跟进；账务、票据准确无差异；
9.负责制定本部门的预算，管理预算执行情况；
10.完成上级安排的其它工作。
职位要求：
1.大学统招本科（含）以上，采购管理、物流管理等相关专业；
2.15年以上电力施工行业采购工作经验，有海外项目管理经验，英语可正常交流；
3.接受过ISO9000质量体系、CPSM、CPM、采购管理、供应商管理、物流管理、商务谈判等方面的培训优先；
4.有较强的供应商开发能力和谈判能力
5.具备良好的职业素质，能长期稳定的从事岗位工作，团队协作优秀；
6.具备良好的学习能力和独立解决问题的能力，能够承受一定的工作压力;
7.廉洁公正、勤奋、责任心强，能够细致认真地处理繁杂业务.
