Job Description:

As an HR Intern at Eco Green Energy, you will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:
Assist in posting job vacancies on various job boards and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in preparing job descriptions and updating job postings.

Onboarding and Employee Relations:
Help prepare onboarding materials and coordinate orientation sessions for new employees.
Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities.
Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Address employee queries and direct them to the appropriate HR team members.

Administrative Tasks:
Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks such as document management, filing, and data entry.
Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
Help in organizing and maintaining confidential employee files.

Training and Development:
Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops.
Help track employee participation in training programs and gather feedback.

Payroll and Attendance:
Support the HR team in tracking employee attendance and leave records.
Assist with payroll processing tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
