Responsibilities:
➢ Website: Communicate with website developer and EGE internal team, prepare materials and follow up for the new website;
➢ Social Media Operation: Communicate with designer, daily posts (banner, video, event etc.) on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.) with different languages (English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German etc.);
➢ Facebook Ads & leads follow up: Facebook advertisement operation and leads follow up with sales colleagues;
➢ Liaise closely with France and Luxemburg Office in terms of EGE marketing strategy, marketing trend and competitor analysis;
➢ Offline Exhibition: Industry fair operation and follow up, communicate with booth construction supplier, Intersolar official team, and EGE internal team
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, data analysis, event coordination, and administrative support preferably.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like sorting, filtering, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with other data tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI) is a bonus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of international and Chinese social media platforms, especially international social media platforms.
