日本东洋工程株式会社（Toyo Engineering Corporation）成立于1961年，是在石油化工、精细化工、能源、医药、环境保护等领域领的国际工程公司。
1972年，东洋工程作为一套30万吨乙烯和5万吨丁二烯装置工程的承包商，成为首先进入中国市场的国际工程公司。
2004年9月，东洋工程（上海）有限公司成立，是日本东洋工程株式会社投资设立的外商独资企业，拥有中国政府颁发的工程设计及施工资质，在中国已累积250多项目业绩和经验。
