岗位职责：
1)To Store, control, update, distribute and register project documentation in accordance with project document distribution schedule
根据项目文件分发安排，对项目文件进行存储、控制、更新、分发和登记；
2)Package and transmit documents for issue to Vendors and Contractors as instructed
按照指示，打包并传送文件给到供应商和承包商
3)Maintain an up-to-date filing system for all Document Control records, ensuing all superseded documents are marked as such
维护更新项目文件的管理归档系统，所有被替代更新的文件都需要做相应的标识；
4)Advise management of any issues relating to the receipt or timely distribution of project documentation.
能够对项目文件的接收或及时分发等相关问题提供建议。
任职要求：
1)Above 5 years work in international engineering company on DCC position.
5年以上国际工程公司文控经验。
2)Familiar with document control procedure.
熟悉文档控制程序。
3)Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
良好的中英文书写和沟通能力
3) Strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility and team work.
具有较强的保密意识、责任心和团队合作精神。
4)Proficient PC knowledge i.e. MS Office, Excel, Power point, etc.
熟练使用办公软件，如MS Office, Excel, Power point等。
5)Working at project site: Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province
