Develop in-depth understanding of Lean Sigma philosophy and methods as demonstrated by successful training and certification in these areas.Analyze and help identify projects or process changes that will eliminate non-value added activities and create or improve processes that add value to our customersAct as a change agent – challenge old ways of doing business and implement breakthrough improvementsMotivate others to accept process changes and take ownershipTrain, educate, and mentor others in the organization on Lean/Sigma principles.Requirements
