岗位职责：

- 管理泰国工厂的招聘流程，包括与劳务公司的合作，确保招聘目标的实现。
- 负责一线人员和职能岗位的招聘，满足工厂的人力需求。
- 维护员工关系，处理员工咨询和纠纷，实施绩效评估体系，提供反馈和发展建议。
- 识别培训需求，设计和实施培训计划，提升员工技能和绩效。
- 管理薪酬福利计划，确保符合泰国劳动法规，及时更新和传达政策变化。
- 准备人力资源报告，分析数据，为管理层提供决策支持。
- 与各部门合作，了解业务需求，提供人力资源解决方案，协助处理与当地政府机构的沟通和协调工作。

任职要求：

- 教育背景：人力资源、劳动关系、商业管理或相关专业本科以上学历。
- 工作经验：至少3年以上人力资源相关工作经验，有制造业或跨国公司背景者优先。
- 语言能力：泰语为母语水平，良好的英语听说读写能力。
- 专业技能：熟悉泰国劳动法规，熟练掌握人力资源管理软件和办公软件。
- 个人素质：优秀的沟通协调能力，能够在多文化环境中工作，具备良好的团队合作精神和解决问题的能力。

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Manage the recruitment process for the Thailand factory, including cooperation with labor companies, to ensure the achievement of recruitment goals.
- Responsible for the recruitment of frontline personnel and functional positions to meet the factory's labor needs.
- Maintain employee relations, handle employee consultations and disputes, implement a performance evaluation system, and provide feedback and development suggestions.
- Identify training needs, design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, and keep policies updated and communicated promptly.
- Prepare human resources reports, analyze data, and provide decision support for management.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs, provide HR solutions, and assist in communication and coordination with local government agencies.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:** A bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Management, or a related field.
- **Work Experience:** At least 3 years of relevant work experience in human resources, with a background in manufacturing or multinational companies preferred.
- **Language Skills:** Native proficiency in Thai, with good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
- **Professional Skills:** Familiarity with Thai labor laws and proficiency in HR management software and office software.
- **Personal Qualities:** Excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to work in a multicultural environment, and good team spirit and problem-solving abilities.
